DURHAM, N.C.—Duke University wrestling head coach Glen Lanham has announced the addition of Brandon Nelsen to the coaching staff as an assistant coach starting in the 2016-2017 season. Nelsen will work primarily with the lighter weights in the wrestling room and will be crucial in recruiting efforts.
"I am very excited for the opportunity that has been given to me by head coach Glen Lanham,” said Nelsen. “I have the utmost respect for him and what his vision is for Duke wrestling in the future. Coach Lanham was one of the first coaches to recruit me in high school and although our paths separated I am very glad to be coaching alongside he and Ben Wissel.
