GREENSBORO, N.C. – Senior diver Evan Moretti earned an ACC podium finish for the first time in his career and the Blue Devil women qualified multiple swimmers to each of the event finals to highlight an action-packed second day at the ACC Championships.
Moretti took second in men’s three-meter diving to take home all-conference accolades and Duke rounded out the evening with a fourth-place showing in the 200-yard freestyle relay to wrap up the day fifth in the team standings with 300.5 points.
“This morning we had some swims that were looking like first full day-type swims,” said head coach Dan Colella.
