PEBBLE BEACH, Calif. -- Thanks to a pair of match-play wins on Monday, the No. 6 Duke men's golf team will battle for the championship at the Cypress Point Challenge on Tuesday morning against No. XX Georgia Tech at the Cypress Point Golf Club in Pebble Beach, Calif.
The Blue Devils reached the title match where they'll face the Yellow Jackets, after beating Alabama and Stanford in best-of-three matches on Monday at Cypress Point. The Duke pairings of Quinn Riley/Qi wen Wong and Chandler Eaton/Evan Katz each were unbeaten on Monday in leading Duke to the title match.
