DURHAM, N.C. -- With his sister, Elizabeth, having already excelled on the famed hardwood at Cameron Indoor Stadium, Virginia Beach native Mark Williams looks to make a similar impact for the Blue Devils.
The 7-foot center, who comes to Duke as the fifth-ranked at his position nationally, was a 2020 McDonald's All-America pick and would have competed in the Jordan Brand Classic, if not for its cancellation. His sister Elizabeth played on the Duke women's basketball team from 2011-15 and is now in the WNBA with the Atlanta Dream.
