SOUTH BEND, IND. – Senior Cassie Martin won gold in the women's high jump while freshman Elasia Campbell claimed silver to highlight Duke's second day of the ACC Indoor Championships at the Loftus Sports Center.
Martin and Campbell both cleared 1.76m (5-9.25 feet), with Martin earning the top place by way of fewer misses. The senior from Strongsville, Ohio, becomes Duke's first-ever ACC champion in the indoor women's high jump, and the marks tie Martin and Campbell for third in program history.
Junior Jacob Sobota claimed his second-career silver medal in the Heptathlon with 5,184 total points.
