DURHAM, N.C.- As she gets prepared to open Olympic action for Ireland this month, Duke University junior Leona Maguire has moved back into the No. 1 slot in the latest World Amateur Golf Ranking system.
Maguire moved up two spots back into the position where she was for almost a year. A product of Cavan, Ireland, Maguire owns 1584.3193 points and is ahead of Bronte Law (1576.2674) and previous No. 1 Hannah O’Sullivan (1564.4460).
