DURHAM – Duke junior distance runner Amina Maatoug and graduate student outfielder Damon Lux have been named Duke's PNC Achievers Student-Athlete of the Week, following impressive performances this past weekend.
Maatoug was crowed ACC Women's Track MVP after she tallied the full cycle of medals in her first ACC Indoor Championships, starting by capturing the gold medal in the women's DMR alongside her relay mates Dalia Frias, Megan McGinnis and Lauren Tolbert.
