DURHAM- Duke rowing head coach Megan Cooke Carcagno has announced seniors Megan Lee, Lauren Sizemore and Caeley Tierney as team captains for the 2023 campaign.
Lee and Sizemore both served as captains last season, while Tierney is named captain for the first time in her career.
Lee, a native of Natick, Mass., enters her senior season after an outstanding 2022 campaign, earning first-team All-ACC honors and competing in seven regattas. Lee was a key member of last season's Varsity 8 lineup that claimed bronze in the V8 Grand Final at the ACC Championship and fourth in the C Final at the NCAA Championships.
