COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Duke women's basketball head coach Kara Lawson has been named head coach of the USA Basketball Women's 3x3 National Team, as the organization has announced the 2022 FIBA World Cup men's and women's team rosters.
Coinciding with the announcement, training camp for the 3x3 men's and women's teams is being held at Duke this weekend through Monday. The teams were selected by the USA Basketball 3x3 National Team Selection Committee and will compete June 21-26 at the 2022 FIBA 3x3 World Cup in Antwerp, Belgium.
Since taking the reigns in 2017, Lawson has led USA Basketball 3x3 to seven gold medals.
