DURHAM, N.C. – Duke women's lacrosse head coach Kerstin Kimel and former Duke attack player Katie Chrest Erbe, formerly Katie Chrest, reflected on the 15th anniversary of Erbe winning the coveted Tewaaraton Award in 2005.

Since the inception of the award in 2001, the Tewaaraton Award recognizes the most outstanding player in men's and women's college lacrosse. Erbe is the only Duke women's lacrosse player to have received the award.
