JJ Redick hits game winner in final seconds to lift Pelicans over Kings

Just about 24 hours removed from a 10-point loss to the Los Angeles Lakers on Friday night, the New Orleans Pelicans were back in action on Saturday night in Sacramento to face the Kings.

In a battle between two teams vying for the No. 8 seed in the Western Conference, JJ Redick lifted the Pelicans over the Kings with a game winning shot with 1.1 seconds left on the clock as New Orleans secured a 117-115 victory.

Redick ended the game with 18 points in 27 minutes in addition to two rebounds, three assists, and one steal on 5-of-10 shooting, 3-of-6 from 3-point range, and making all five of his free throw attempts.
