DURHAM, N.C. – Duke senior defensive end Tre Hornbuckle has accepted an invitation to participate in the 2020 FBS Spiral Tropical Bowl set for Sunday.
The postseason game, which is in its fifth year of existence, will be played at Spec Martin Memorial Stadium on the campus of Stetson University in DeLand, Fla., and kick off at 10:00 a.m.
Hornbuckle is the first Blue Devil to earn an invitation to the game.
The 6-4, 255-pound senior played in 11-of-12 games for Duke this season (four starts), missing one contest due to injury.
