DURHAM, N.C. – Junior Nathaniel Hernandez and freshman Maddi Pullinger each received ACC Diver of the Week honors, as announced by the league office Monday.
Hernandez was one of eight Blue Devil swimmers and divers selected to represent the ACC at the inaugural ACC/Big Ten Challenge over the weekend in West Lafayette, Ind. In his first showing of the season on the platform, the Southlake, Texas native was fourth overall and second among ACC divers with an award of 362.20. He also surpassed the NCAA Zone Diving qualification standard on the three-meter board, placing 10th (346.
