A native of Norfolk, Mass., Heinsohn held strong in the goal for the Duke defense this season as the team's keeper, earning the first Scholar All-Region honors of her Duke career. She notched five solo shutouts this season in goal, while combining for four to help the Blue Devils to nine total on the campaign.
Heinsohn recorded three consecutive shutouts—all coming against ranked opponents, including two of the nation's top three teams in Virginia and North Carolina.
