Harding Named 76ers Player Development Coach

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – After being hired by the NBA’s Philadelphia 76ers this past summer as a scout, former Duke University women’s basketball standout Lindsey Harding has already been elevated within the organization as she has been promoted to player development coach.

In August, Harding was hired as a scout becoming the second former WNBA player to be hired for a full-time scouting position with a NBA team.

In her new role, Harding’s primary responsibility will be to monitor and continuously develop players’ skillsets through on-court training and daily film breakdown. She will assist the player development department in executing the on-court player development program while supporting the players’ off-court development as well.
