DURHAM – Following a shutout of ACC rival North Carolina, Duke senior goalkeeper Eliot Hamill has been named the ACC Defensive Player of the Week and the College Soccer News National Player of the Week. Hamill also headlined the College Soccer News Team of the Week.
Hamill won his first College Soccer News National Player of the Week award and his second ACC weekly honor. He previously garnered the ACC Defensive Player of the Week recognition Sept. 7. The senior has now matched Clemson goalkeeper George Marks as each have two nods apiece.
