Guterding Voted ACC Scholar Athlete of the Year

DURHAM, N.C.—With the ACC Men’s Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Year honor already in hand, Duke attackman Justin Guterding added another major conference award to his list as the 2018 ACC Men’s Lacrosse Scholar Athlete of the Year as announced by the league office. He highlights Duke’s conference-best nine selections to this year’s All-ACC Academic Team.

Duke’s nine selections tied for the most with Notre Dame and are the most since 2015 when it had nine as well. Guterding is the fifth Blue Devil to capture the award, joining Jordan Wolf (2014), Brendan Fowler (2013), CJ Costabile (2012) and Max Quinzani (2010).
