DURHAM, N.C. – Recent Duke fencing graduate Eoin Gronningsater has been named to the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) 2020 Academic All-District® Men's At-Large Team, as announced by the organization Thursday.
The award recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in athletic competition and in the classroom. Honorees selected First-Team Academic All-District® will advance to the Academic All-America® ballot and honorees for Division I will be announced June 19th.
One of 10 male student-athletes selected to the NCAA Division I All-District III team, Gronningsater was joined by fellow Blue Devils Chandler Eaton, Nathaniel Hernandez and Jaravee Boonchant.
