DURHAM, N.C. – Duke fencing junior Eoin Gronningsater has been named to the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) 2018-19 Google Cloud Academic All-District® Men’s At-Large Team, as announced by the organization Thursday.
One of 10 male student-athletes selected to the NCAA Division I All-District III team, Gronningsater was joined by fellow Blue Devils Hunter Aitchison and Virginia Elena Carta as female selections.
Gronningsater became just the fifth Duke fencing male to be selected and marks the second straight year a Blue Devil garnered the award.
