Neill McGeachy, a former Duke basketball coach, has died, according to a tweet from his daughter, Ashley Fox. He was 75.
McGeachy was the head coach of the Blue Devils during the 1973-74 season, compiling a 10-16 overall mark and finishing 2-10 and in seventh place in the ACC. McGeachy was a Duke assistant coach under Bucky Waters for two seasons before replacing Waters. McGeachy was replaced by Bill Foster.
