DURHAM — Duke head football coach Manny Diaz announced Wednesday that 16 student-athletes have signed national letters of intent to join the Blue Devil gridiron program.
The class includes three offensive linemen, two linebackers, two cornerbacks, two wide receivers, two defensive ends, one tight end, one nickel, one safety, one punter and one defensive tackle.
A total of nine states and Australia are represented in the group with six from Georgia, two from North Carolina, and one each from Australia, California, Florida, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, Tennessee, and Virginia.
