DURHAM – Junior Sarah Foley recorded a school record in the 100 breaststroke but the Duke swimming and diving team dropped a dual-meet to North Carolina at Taishoff Aquatics Pavilion Friday.
The Duke women dropped a tight race 154-146, as North Carolina took the top two spots in the last event. North Carolina won the men's side of the meet, 168-132.
"I was super excited about some of our performances tonight," Duke head coach Dan Colella said. "It is always a traditional, great meet.
