DURHAM – Five Blue Devils have been named to the National Field Hockey Coaches Association 2023 Watchlist sponsored by Victory Sports Tours. These five are considered strong candidates for NFHCA All-America accolades this year.
Paige Bitting, Alaina McVeigh, Hannah Miller, Macy Szukics and Charlie van Oirschot are among the 131 student-athletes from 40 different institutions selected. To be nominated for the 2023 NFHCA Watchlist, student-athletes must have been previously recognized for their outstanding field hockey abilities within the past two years (NFHCA All-Region, NFHCA All-American, All-Conference, Nexus Championship selection, AAU Junior Olympic Games selection, NCAA All-Tournament Team, and/or U.
