DURHAM, N.C. – After an Olympic redshirt season in 2019-20, Matt Finesilver is back for his junior campaign and heads into the new year ranked 12th at 174 pounds by FloWrestling.
Finesilver has qualified for the NCAA tournament in each of his opening two seasons at Duke. He closed out his sophomore year in 2018-19 ranking second on the team in wins with a 25-9 overall record and was the ACC runner-up at 174 pounds. The Greenwood Village, Colo., native compiled 37 points that season to rank second on the team as well.
