DURHAM – Freshman Mark Mitchell canned a corner three-pointer with 11 seconds remaining to help Duke seal a 68-64 win over Notre Dame at Cameron Indoor Stadium on Tuesday night.
Playing in front of former head coach Mike Krzyzewski, who returned to Cameron for the first time to take in a game as a fan, freshman Kyle Filipowski scored a team-high 22 points as the Blue Devils shook of the sting of Saturday's overtime loss at Virginia to improve to 18-8 overall and 9-6 in the ACC.
