DURHAM, N.C. – Former Duke cornerback Bryon Fields Jr. has agreed to terms with the New York Giants to join the NFL organization as an undrafted free agent.
A three-year starter, Fields Jr. played in 52 career games with 39 starts and posted 181 tackles, 5.0 tackles for lost yardage, 1.0 quarterback sack, six interceptions, 21 pass breakups, two caused fumbles and one fumble recovery. The Charlotte, N.C., product was a four-time Academic All-ACC selection, becoming the 11th Blue Devil to earn four career accolades.
Fields Jr. holds the Duke career record with four interception returns for touchdowns.
