DURHAM, N.C. – The Duke women’s basketball program has an exciting weekend ahead as the Blue Devils welcome back over 40 alumnae for reunion weekend, while also honoring the 2006 NCAA Final Four squad.
Blue Devil alumnae spanning from the 1970’s to recent graduate’s will be in Durham this weekend. For the first time together, all three Duke retired jerseys will be in attendance – Alana Beard, Lindsey Harding and Elisabeth Williams.
At halftime of Sunday’s contest against fifth-ranked Notre Dame, the 2006 NCAA Final Four team will be honored. Expected back for the recognition includes Alison Bales, Mistie Bass, Carrem Gay, Lindsey Harding, Keturah Jackson, head coach Gail Goestenkors and assistant coach Gale Valley.
