DURHAM, N.C. – Duke University women’s basketball coach Joanne P. McCallie announced the 2018-19 non-conference schedule Friday, featuring 10 traditional match-ups and one tournament appearance in the Gulf Coast Showcase in Florida. Of the 10 non-conference opponents the Blue Devils have penciled in, five appeared in the NCAA Tournament last year, with South Carolina and Oregon State both reaching the Elite Eight.
In addition to these two opponents, Duke will also be playing Northwestern, Maine, Elon, Wisconsin, Marist, UNLV, East Carolina and Florida Gulf Coast. In November, the team will partake in the Gulf Coast Showcase in Estero, Fla.
