DURHAM, N.C. - The Duke Football season opener on August 31 will be a celebration of Durham Night inside Brooks Field at Wallace Wade Stadium. Kickoff for the game is set for 7 p.m.
Throughout the evening, accomplishments of many Durham workers and the partnership between Duke University and the Durham community will be celebrated.
"Duke simply wouldn’t be Duke without Durham," Duke University President Vincent Price said. "We’re looking forward to welcoming our neighbors to Brooks Field at Wallace Wade Stadium for a celebration of the city we are so proud to call home.
