Duke freshman forward Marvin Bagley III will miss Sunday’s game at Georgia Tech with a mild knee sprain he suffered Thursday against North Carolina.
Despite the injury Bagley played 39 minutes on Thursday. He finished with 15 points, 16 rebounds and 4 assists in a 82-78 loss.
But in the second half, he went long stretches without taking a shot.
Bagley has given Duke a few scares throughout the season. He missed the last 30 minutes of Duke’s game against then-No. 2 Michigan State on Nov. 14 after he was poked in the eye by a teammate.
