DURHAM, N.C. - The swimming and diving program kicked off the season in strong fashion, winning every dual meet in the fall. In doing so, both teams entered the national rankings for the first time in program history. With such an impressive start, the swimming and diving program began to solidify itself in conversations on the national level. Sophomore Leah Goldman acknowledged the shift in the program’s brand, saying, “the swimming community knows our name and that’s really exciting to see.”
The 2015-16 season marked the growth the program had built toward over the past few years.
