Duke Women’s Soccer in the NWSL: Imani Dorsey

DURHAM, N.C. – A number of former Duke women's soccer stars are on the grind in the professional ranks in the National Women's Soccer League. Imani Dorsey is set to begin her third year in the NWSL as a member of the Sky Blue FC.

Dorsey, the 2018 NWSL Rookie of the Year, followed up her rookie season with an impressive sophomore year in 2019. In her second year with Sky Blue FC, she appeared in 23 of the 24 total regular season games, all coming as starts.

The 2017 ACC Offensive Player of the Year and United Soccer Coaches National Scholar-Athlete of the Year tallied two goals on the season and clocked in a total of 1959 minutes of action.
