Duke Wins Third Straight; Downs Davidson, 82-52

DURHAM, N.C. – The Duke women's basketball team will head into the Thanksgiving holiday with a three-game winning streak as the Blue Devils took down Davidson, 82-52, Wednesday evening in Cameron Indoor Stadium.

Duke (5-2) was led by graduate Haley Gorecki as she collected a game-high 25 points as she hit 7-of-11 field goals and 5-of-8 from three-point land. Gorecki hit all eight of her free throw attempts and has now sank 19 straight attempts. She reached the 20-point mark for the third consecutive contest.

In a tightly contested first quarter, the Blue Devils took a 12-8 lead over the first four minutes, but Davidson stormed back with a 7-0 run to go ahead, 15-12.
