CHARLOTTE, N.C. - The Duke baseball team continued its historic run Sunday as the ninth-seed Blue Devils captured a 1-0 victory over third-seed NC State en route to their first ACC Championship title in program history at Truist Field.
Three Blue Devils were named to the All-Tournament team as seniors Joey Loperfido and Michael Rothenberg and junior Cooper Stinson helped to spearhead the victory. Loperfido was also named MVP of the tournament.
Stinson started on the mound for Duke, boasting his best start of the season.
