DURHAM – Rookie Andrew Yu drew a two-out RBI walk to secure a 6-5 win over Longwood in 13 innings on Wednesday night at the Durham Bulls Athletic Park.
Duke (13-16) topped Longwood (13-17) in 13 innings for its longest game since against Wake Forest in May 2018. The Blue Devils recorded 13 walks in the contest, including nine after the seventh inning.
Junior Graham Pauley led Duke offensively, finishing 2-for-5 with an RBI and a pair of walks.
Senior right-hander Cooper Stinson started on the bump for the Blue Devils.
