Durham can breath easy for now as the Blue Devils are off the schneid with an 88-69 victory over the North Carolina State Wolfpack on Monday night.
It was another slow and sluggish start for Duke, but Mike Krzyzewski inserted Justin Robinson into the game mid-way through the first half and then switched to a 2-3 zone which helped turn the tide for the home team.
Duke magically led by two at halftime, primarily thanks to the two aspects listed above, but the team had an extreme amount of intensity and focus in the second half, specifically from Cassius Stanley, who through down some of his patented highlight reel dunks.
