College Factual released their rankings of the top colleges in the United States, and Duke University earned a top-three ranking in the list.
The rankings were based on a variety of criteria including academics, affordability, freshman retention rate, graduation rate, average test scores, faculty, student life, and more. College Factual emphasizes that their results are “data-driven” rather than relying on surveys and opinions. Duke was ranked behind two Ivy League schools Yale and the University of Pennsylvania as the best and second-best universities in the country, respectively.
