Duke Ties for Third at Rain-Shortened Kiawah Classic

KIAWAH ISLAND, S.C. – Rain forced the cancellation of the final round of the Kiawah Classic by Aramark on Tuesday, giving the Duke men’s golf team a tie for third in the final tournament on its fall schedule.

Though some teams were able to make it through as many as seven holes on Tuesday, the course was deemed unplayable shortly after noon. All scores through Monday’s second round became final. The Blue Devils finished the event with a total of 575 (-1).

Sophomore Adam Wood and junior Max Greyserman finished the tournament in a tie for ninth place with totals of 141 (-3).
