With the 2017 College Basketball season fast approaching Coach K has put together a monster squad of talent and depth. Duke has always been a talented team they have never lacked for that but in recent years depth and developing depth have been an Achilles heel for the Blue Devils. This year will be the exception with the Durham Brain Trust striking recruiting gold with 6 signees in the 2016 class.
Duke opened with odds of 9-2 and now are currently are at 7-2 with their odds of winning the championship. It’s hard to ever say that a season would be a failure without at least a final four birth but this year one could legitimately make that argument.
