After competing in the NCAA East Preliminary meet last weekend, five Duke field performers were able to advance to the final round of the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships where they will get the chance to compete for a national title. Four student-athletes will represent Duke in the women’s national finals this year in graduate student Erica Brand (women’s discus), junior Megan Clark (women’s pole vault), freshman Madison Heath (women’s pole vault), and redshirt junior Teddi Maslowski (women’s heptathlon), while redshirt junior Thomas Lang (men’s javelin) will be competing in the men’s outdoor championships.
