We’ve all wondered how Duke would handle sports, much less having students back on campus, in the midst of a pandemic.
Well now we know: very carefully.

Seriously though, Duke student-athletes will start a phased return to campus in about two weeks, on July 12th.
Football will be first, then women's soccer and volleyball will get back on the 21st and 27th respectively. Four more teams will come back on the 29th - field hockey, both cross country teams and men’s soccer.
The men’s and women’s basketball teams get back on August 2nd.
