If you haven’t seen any video of Duke’s most recent recruit, Cam Reddish, here’s some to ponder.
You may remember that John Calipari recruited Reddish and pitched him on the idea of positionless basketball.
That’s not a new idea.
We said the other day that his template would be Grant Hill. We watched Hill defend a 3-on-1 break against UNC and come away with the ball.
Then he brought it up court and set up the score. What could be less positionless than that? He owned the whole court.
We’re not saying that Reddish is going to be as good as Hill but that he should be a similar sort of player.
