Monday was a busy day for Duke basketball as the Blue Devils offered 6-7 CG Anthony Black, 2022, 6-8 Mark Mitchell out of Kansas, also 2022 and 6-8 Gregory Jackson out of South Carolina.
Mitchell is seen as a 5-Star recruit and the Blue Devils will get plenty of competition for him.
Black is from Coppell, Texas, a state Duke has done well in in recent years. Coppell is a suburb of Dallas.
Duke historically has not recruited a lot or at least not well in South Carolina. We had to stop and think for a minute before we remembered the obvious Blue Devil from the Palmetto State: Zion Williamson.
