Throughout ESPN’s broadcast, announcers Mike Couzens and Kirk Morrison were utterly enamored of Daniel Jones’s height and his ability to exploit Temple’s blown coverages. However, comparing him to Peyton Manning, one of the NFL’s greatest QB’s was a bit surprising. I understand both studied their craft under David Cutcliffe, but one nearly won the Heisman and the other wasn’t even the best QB in the conference.
