As we expected, Duke got a really good game from a resurgent Georgetown, winning 81-73.
None of it was easy. Georgetown built a significant first-half lead before Duke battled back and the teams went into the half tied.
Then Tre Jones made three straight plays to open the half - a steal on the first inbounds, followed by a lay-up and an assist. Georgetown never recovered.
It was a really good win for Duke for a lot of reasons. Jim will be along soon with his game report.
