Duke got a solid game from Pitt, with a tight opening 16 minutes. The Blue Devils built an 18 point lead in the later part of the first half and the first part of the second.
About seven minutes into the second half though, Pitt pushed back and really challenged Duke. With 4:27 left Pitt had cut the lead to 68-65.
