DURHAM, N.C. – Five members of the Duke men's cross country team will compete in the NC State Invitational held at WakeMed Soccer Park in Cary, N.C., on Wednesday.
The Blue Devils are set to race against the Wolfpack, North Carolina and Virginia in the second weekend of a six-team, intraconference series. In the team's season-opening meet at the Virginia Tech Invitational on Sept. 25, Duke took second place in the men's 8K with 51 team points.
On Wednesday, Duke will be led by a pair of returning runners in junior Devin Connell and sophomore Ryan Thompson.
