Duke Holds Off Kansas 68-66

When ESPN’s Holly Rowe asked Kansas coach Bill Self about 18 first half turnovers, Self looked at her and said “18 what?”

It was pretty hard to believe but Duke forced 27 or 28 turnovers - we’ll have to see the official box score - and took Kansas at the end, holding a five point lead only to see KU hit a meaningless three as time expired.

Duke forced 10 turnovers from KU’s starting backcourt alone.

Good thing because Duke’s offense is not yet mature. We saw several forays down the side of the lane that ended up with poor shots and Vernon Carey occasionally not thinking about what he was doing (he did some other stuff that was tremendous though).
