PITTSBURGH, Pa. – The Duke volleyball team fell to No. 2 Pitt 3-0 (18-25, 29-31, 10-25) Sunday afternoon in Pittsburgh, Pa.
With the setback, Duke falls to 11-14 overall and 4-8 in the ACC while Pitt remains undefeated in the conference (12-0) and is 23-1 overall.
Duke registered 25 total blocks this afternoon to Pitt's 11 and were led by freshman Lizzie Fleming with eight and sophomore Lily Cooper with five. Offensively, Duke hit .158 percent as sophomore Ade Owokoniran led the squad with nine kills while Fleming hit .
