DURHAM, N.C. – A magical inaugural season will carry on into postseason play, as the Duke Blue Devils (29-25, 13-11 ACC) locked up the seventh seed in the 2018 ACC Tournament, which begins Wednesday, May 9 at Shirley Clements Mewborn Field in Atlanta, Ga.
Duke open its first ACC Tournament against No. 10 seed Virginia Tech Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. ET. The Blue Devils faced the Hokies to close out the road portion of their first ACC season two weeks ago, bouncing back from a game one loss to take the series in Blacksburg, Va., with 5-1 and 5-0 victories.
